What are your shipping options and how long will it take?

United States: Free shipping, 20-40 business days

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can enter this tracking number on the 'Track Order' page.

I haven't received my order yet! Is it lost?

If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our support team by email and they will be glad to assist you. Most emails are answered within 1 business day.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
 
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at info@furryfriends.boutique with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Furry Friends Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
